Job Description
<\/b>The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the organization. This includes fundraising, program oversight, financial stewardship, staff and volunteer management, and community engagement. The Executive Director will serve as the most senior position within the organization, providing oversight and direction to all other employees and contractors of CV.

As Executive Director, your responsibilities include:

Leadership & Strategy<\/b><\/p>
Collaborate with the Board to develop and implement strategic plans.<\/li>
Represent the organization publicly and build relationships with stakeholders.<\/li>
Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors.<\/li>
Provide regular updates and support board development.<\/li><\/ul>
Fundraising & Development
<\/b><\/p>
Lead fundraising efforts including grant writing, donor cultivation, and events.<\/li>
Maintain and grow revenue streams to support organizational sustainability.<\/li><\/ul>
Operations & Finance<\/b><\/p>
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.<\/li>
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure efficient use of resources.<\/li><\/ul>
Program Oversight<\/b><\/p>
Collaborate with the Artistic Team to develop and support programming.<\/li>
Ensure alignment with mission, financial parameters and community needs.<\/li><\/ul>
Qualifications<\/b><\/p>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in nonprofit management, arts administration, business, or related field<\/li>
(or equivalent experience).<\/li>
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, arts administration, or a<\/li>
related field.<\/li>
Proven experience in fundraising, financial management, and grant writing.<\/li>
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.<\/li>
Passion for choral music and the performing arts.<\/li>
Knowledge of nonprofit compliance and 501(c)(3) regulations preferred.<\/li><\/ul>
